EAI and the eLEOT Organizing Committee are happy to announce that due to the positive situation in Xinxiang, People’s Republic of China, eLEOT 2021 will take place in a traditional format with the possibility of remote attendance. We are happy to welcome all the participants for the Registration and Welcome Dinner on June, 19th, at New Century Grand Hotel, Xinxiang.
Registration: 14:00 – 17:00
Welcome Dinner: 17:30 – 20:30
The conference itself will take place on June 20-21 at Xinxiang New Century Grand Hotel.
If you plan on attending the conference onsite, please bring your presentation on a USB key. The time slot allocation for your presentation is 20 minutes including 5 minutes for Q&A. The program of the conference will be published soon.
Please be aware that a recording of the conference including your presentation and the subsequent Q&A may be published for general consumption at EAI’s discretion.
The participants are asked to follow all the necessary safety measures and restrictions that are enforced by the government of the People’s Republic of China.
